Like, I felt completely comfortable around all the things that were rugby, around being a head coach and players and leadership groups and that.
I felt really comfortable there.
How your weeks went and how you got, you know, that time snowed over under which things, which were just normal head coach stuff around just getting good systems and processes in place, which maybe I didn't understand as well as I should have.
But I suppose you just keep getting better in those spaces.
Yeah, it was a, it was like, I don't feel like, um, it was a really poor couple of years, but it was definitely a year where I learned a lot, a couple of years.
You know, you're always thinking around things that you could have done better, aren't you?
I suppose I'm not, probably not the guy that you get a direct answer from if you ask me around how I've gone.
I might need to go away and go, well, how did that day go?
Yeah, it's really, it is big for me because I'm really interested in helping people even more as I get older, I suppose, and I know more, it's become more and more job satisfaction for me to see other people learn or understand from what I've learned from in years and now I'm better at.
And that's what I'm finding a little bit in the industry.
in the canes a couple of things that i've learned along the way and even in the last couple of years i've learned a good couple of things off you know as an example scotty hanson around heroes and yeah um being able to then act like that and teach boys in the canes yeah you know whether it's players or coaches so i think it's important to if that's how i get my job satisfaction to help people do what they want to do and be good then you got to keep reflecting don't you yeah what was the big thing you learned from scotty hanson
Oh, I just like some of the detail around how he runs the sessions.
