I mean, you read the book, like the fact that you're, you're only, there was only a couple of people away to rope in, in shimmy and poor shimmy.

These guys, these guys are trying to make a fucking documentary.

Can you imagine when she, oh, this was the funniest thing.

When they, we found out that by reading the motions that,

Shimmy was almost impossible to track down.

Like, they were able to serve, like, Todd Phillips and, you know, Jonah Hill.

And everybody's getting served.

All these lawyers and Warner Brothers lawyers, they're all being served.

But Shimmy is literally, like, running out the back of a fucking different place.

They're coming in the front.

He's going out the back.

He's going out the side door.

He's impossible to serve.

The Blackfish guy got served.

So...

So we're going back and forth, and what ends up happening is they're negotiating.

We're trying to get into the lawsuit, and at some point we're concerned that we're not going to be able to get into the lawsuit, and they're going to get us – we feel like we're done.

We're about to be done.

Like they're about to kick us out of the lawsuit for some reason.
