But we got to a point where it was like we're really fucked here.

Devoroli and Ross Reback had a, not a conference, what do you call it?

Mediation.

A mediation scheduled.

So we get the motion, because keep in mind too, in order to get the docket sheet, you know what we have to do?

My buddy Pete's mother every day is checking the docket for motions.

And anytime there's a new motion, she's ordering the motion, she's mailing it in.

So we're days behind on everything.

By the time we get this, we find out, holy shit, like in 12 days, there's a mediation.

And we're like, holy shit, what do we do?

Like these guys are gonna mediate and they're gonna get a settlement and they're gonna get a settlement and the settlement is gonna pay them out and we're gonna get nothing.

So Pete's like, okay, the one thing that we held back was because the lawsuit, their lawsuit, by the way,

Initially, Deverelli and Reback sued Warner because the movie had come out.

They sued them saying that they had stolen their intellectual property.
