Right.
So they rechanged the whole lawsuit to say, hey, this was all โ you guys advertised this.
And by advertising this movie as being a true story โ and keep in mind they have so many cameras.
They have so โ there's so much footage out there of โ
Jonah Hill saying, what I love about this is it's a true story.
These guys really exist.
These things really happened.
And then they've got Todd Phillips saying it.
Then they've got Bradley Cooper saying it.
They've got like everybody saying true story, true story, real people, real thing, real.
And then they've got, but we have in the motion saying it's fiction.
Yes, right.
But what's also interesting is it kind of destroyed my argument.
Which was that this was all a scam and that our contract is null and void.
And it could still say it's null and void.
And they're saying by advertising the movie falsely, it destroyed the marketability of their projects.
And so by you guys committing a fraud, by Warner Brothers committing a fraud, you've actually destroyed their project, which was the real, the true story.
That's what they're saying.
This is the real story.
So they end up scheduling a mediation.
