And the thing that really made us have confidence that this was going to be a success was our people's readiness.
The system had a great design.
The system had a lot of testing and margins.
And so that paid off for us because we were the first ones to successfully land on the moon.
We did 14 days of surface operations.
And what we also found out was
we really don't know as humanity enough about the moon.
So we need to go learn more.
We need more missions to go to the moon because we found out things like the temperature models weren't even as accurate as we need to be.
And if we're gonna put humans in there and have a permanent presence on the moon, we better know the temperature really well.
And so each one of these missions is gonna test out
You know, temperature.
We drilled the longest into the moon ever, which was three feet.
And we tested the temperature of subsurface of the moon.
There are missions like sensing GPS from the lunar surface.
We had a rad PC on there to test out how tolerant these, you know,
computers are on the lunar surface.
We characterize the harsh lunar regolith as well.
And on and on and on.
There are a lot of experiments that we were able to accommodate for the scientists from NASA.
