Right.
Quality of life isn't increasing.
It's decreasing.
But just because more people are living longer doesn't mean that suddenly everybody's living until 100, 120, and they're great.
There's a difference between lifespan and life expectancy.
We need to understand that difference.
Right now we have blue zones in the world.
There are more and more of them coming up because people are understanding what they are.
But if we keep going in the trajectory that we're going with the food that we're eating and the water that we're drinking and the stressors that we're allowing to be imposed upon us, those blue zones will be diminished.
And we may live till 90, but we're essentially going to be cyborgs.
The average American is on six pharmaceutical drugs per day.
That's no way to live.
That's just getting by.
That's not living.
That's surviving.
And that's not the way that I want to see this world.
Never have been.
As a matter of fact, I think I'm one of the few in this world that have never gotten anything in my body.
No antibiotics?
Antibiotics, yes.
