Game three was just a tremendous come from behind victory for our team, falling behind 3-0.
Then Thomas Hertel's goal midway through the third, making it 4-3 before the empty net goal.
uh to seal it and then you know a really close game in game four based in part on how well mackenzie blackwood played for colorado uh coming in so the you know just the different emotions you have going through a series when we got to the fourth game you just really did not want to uh let them up because they're that good a team or you respect their your opponent uh that much that uh you sure don't want to go back to uh to denver for game five so it uh
You know, it played out real well.
We had some, not some players, to be honest, we had every player, you know, playing at the top of their game.
And that's what you need at this time of year.
Our guys are resilient.
They've, you know, come from behind a lot of times this year.
Some of the stats that you see after in terms of what Colorado had done with leads, I'm glad I didn't know that before the third period of game two that they played.
had not lost a game in 45 games or something like that after they'd led after two periods.
So, yeah, it was that kind of a series.
Our guys were gelling at the right time and played really, really well.
Well, I think we do a good job in our organization of having a strong opinion of what a championship team needs to look like, how a roster needs to be built, and we liked a lot of those things about our team.
So that's why...

You look at some of the teams on the upswing, one we played in Anaheim, you know, it's a great hockey team.
San Jose is well on their way to becoming a great young team.
