This is the area where you point towards an area in orgs that we know doesn't have a lot of experience and not a whole lot of people have figured out how to do the job well because it's such a new industry.

Yes, and that's why I say this is an area where you judge the GM, or at least you probably will in the future as it develops, because this area of wanting orgs to have less time between their peaks and less time of a drop-off is sort of the way a GM works the industry and the scene and brings players in and gets players under their sphere of influence in a way, because we don't have academy teams.
