And so she talked about how she would see her dad put basically a plate out and just dump a bunch of pills onto the plate and then take them every morning.

And according to the son, he said his dad told him he was working on some contracts with the company that he and Natalie had started.

It was pretty hard to take. You know, I've seen a fair amount of crime scene photos over the years. And you heard Michael's mother sobbing after looking at the photographs. And it was a very disturbing moment, I think, for everyone in the courtroom.
