Okay.

We talk about it a lot with defense, you know, individual accolades play a part in a team defense.

And for the top five teams in defensive rating, the number one Thunder, the number two Pistons, the number three Spurs, and the number four Celtics, they placed one player apiece on the first team.

Go Bears, Wolves finished 8th in defensive rating.

The biggest surprise, though, is White over Scottie Barnes on the first team.

It's surprising because, well, one, Scottie Barnes is a better defender right now than Derek White, or was this season.

And we definitely saw that in the playoffs.

But the other part is, in the actual defensive player of the year voting, Scottie Tuhati finished 5th.

White finished sixth, yet in all defensive team voting, they flip-flopped.

White got 58 first team votes, 30 second team votes, 146 total points.

Barnes got 42 first team votes and 46 second team votes for 130 total points.

What up with that?

I mean, they got this wrong.
