So as much as a Raptors fan, I think it's stupid that Barnes wasn't on the first team, all-defensive team.

It's okay.

It's a selection that he's going to add a bunch of these to his Hall of Fame career down the line.

I think you can make a case that either of them you could take over maybe a Dyson Daniels this year.

But they were just short in total votes.

Other surprises, just other surprises that I want to make note of.

Evan Mobley, he won Defensive Player of the Year last year, right?

So like...

pretty wild when you think of that drop off just in terms of uh the the respect from the voters and and I'm not saying he deserved to be on it I just think wow that's glaring um I wonder how many times that's happened especially with a big because it's like defenses like of all the awards like
