Yeah, I mean, you know, one of the easiest ways to do it is with those old-fashioned little grippers, you know, that you just squeeze. And they make them in some really, really heavy resistance levels now for people that have worked on it and actually improved. When I was young, they're pretty easy to conquer with a little bit of training.
