And you could tell just from some of the statements that he made about how we need to be intentional, about how he is very anxious and ready to get started.
Well, first of all, there is not a year in the NFL that can be more challenging than year one.
Every NFL coach that you talk to, they always come away with it and say the first year my head was spinning so much.
It's everything.
Yeah, it's everything.
You think you know and you think you're ready to be an NFL head coach.
And the way that they built the environment in the building with all the changes that ShotKon made.
So great opportunity and a great opportunity for the head coach to have success in in a great environment.
And so...
He looks great.
He looks great, sounds great, sounds ready to go.
And I think one of the great things about the transition from year one to year two is because of the success you had in year one, 13 wins, now everybody wants to poach your staff.
And there were a lot of interviews for both coordinators, okay, on offense and defensive side of the ball.
And look, it seems like everybody's going to be coming back intact, and I'm sure that there will be tweaks and some minor changes to the staff.
Some of them, they're probably so subtle we wouldn't even recognize.
But I think as a head coach, if you stand pat in year two and just say, hey, we're just going to stay status quo, then I think you're missing an opportunity to get better as a staff.
I think you always want to make subtle changes.
Some of them may be big, and some of them you may not even notice.
Well, I mean, I think the Buffalo Bills are like the extreme example of change.
They believe and have always believed that change and constant change is good.
