They believed it with their previous head coach, and then all of a sudden that belief in constant change fell into the category of the head coach.
And so change is being instituted in Buffalo to a little bit of an extreme.
You know, look, I think it's going to be fun to watch this staff kind of dial in this year because now you can build on the foundation that you established last year.
And I think for that reason, there's nothing more challenging than year one.
Year two is going to be a challenge always because you're trying to build off of success.
And sometimes the success that you had in the previous year can lead to complacency.
But here's the reality.
You didn't win anything last year.
You won the division, but you didn't win the championship.
The whole goal of playing is to win the championship.
And so hopefully they come back with that mindset.
But in some cases, with a franchise and players that have not had any success, 13 wins is considered, hey, we had a great year, and you did.
Yeah.
Okay, but that's not enough to be satisfied on.
You've got to strive for more.
Right there in your own division.
Right.
There's no doubt.
And now you've got a new staff also in the division that a little bit of natural competition that's just kind of inherent in this thing.
Yeah.
