And one of the first years was there was an older chap, and I was talking to him about coaching.
So you have one coach one week, he'll tell you something.
You'll have another coach the next week, he'll tell you something completely different.
And the first coach you had will come back and watch you in week three, and he'll tell you something completely different to what he told you in week one.
So you can kind of put all that out of your head.
And the best thing you can do is you can go into the losing team sheds.
They'll give you the honest truth.
Go into the winning team sheds.
You're the best ref ever.
You want to feel good about yourself.
And then you can go up to the clubhouse and you can have a chat.
Most important thing you need to do is during the week, you know what you did right, you know what you did wrong, and you need to personally reflect on that.
And if you can do that, as I'm sure Dolman did, you're going to come back the following game, the games thereafter, and you're going to be better personally.
Well, thank fuck, because he's coming in tomorrow, so...
glad he didn't have a bad game so i'm going to be wrestling all over him i just thought that he was throughout this game his athleticism his overall fitness because it's not just being fit it's not just being able to run up and down the paddock it's your mental acuity it's how quickly you're able to make those decisions and as we've talked about in the past there are multiple infringements that are happening at a breakdown that you could be ruling on you want to look for a trend you want to look for a particular player
He sees it, the arm's straight up, and it's just that presence in that command that he's making in that game, which I feel, again, makes him one of the top-class referees that we have.
And so one of the questions that I want you to ask tomorrow is, we do a Bronco...
which for those that don't know, that's running 20 metres back, running 40 metres back, running 60 metres and back.
You do that five times.
So that's 1.2K.
