And trying to incentivize winning.

And you know where it all started from, Jeff?

My son just graduated high school, and he's going to be playing in college.

So I have been very invested in terms of time in the class of 2026 in Kansas and Missouri, because I want to know, like, okay, who's his competition?

Who are the kids he's going to be playing against?

Who are the best kids in the area?

And

I noticed this trend where really good players, including the best pitcher on my son's summer ball team, who's up to 90 miles an hour and has a 2,900 RPM slider and is just a dog out there, admitted as a junior to a junior college.

And I was like, what?

Like, what's he doing?

Junior college, really?

And it got me looking into it and

Let me tell you, man, there is some incredible talent in junior college baseball.

And one thing that I have noticed, there are quite a few Canadian kids playing JUCO baseball in the United States.

And I love that.
