the players that they're dealing with on a daily basis, I don't know their level of knowledge league-wide about other teams and other teams' systems and depth charts.
And maybe they would say, hey, that's not really our responsibility that, you know, we'll let Ryan do all of that kind of work and come to us with proposals and, you know, we'll make decisions at that point.
But I just don't know sort of how broad their knowledge base is after they had stepped away as players, what is it, almost eight years ago now.
Sure, and I think from the outside, people would say, hey, all of them are Swedes.
They were all high draft picks.
There's just a ton of similarities here that there must be common bonds, and yet Daniel and Henrik have been around this player for a number of years in player development, and it just sort of feels like add them to the list, and it's a long one,

I think he's very selective about the people that he surrounds himself with and he listens to and that have his ear.
And instead of seeking out the counsel and the wisdom of a couple of Hall of Famers who have traveled the same sort of path that you have,
there just doesn't feel like there is a ton of common ground there, which has always been curious in this market.
And so we'll see.
And I know that people are saying like, hey, can Manny, is he the guy that's going to unlock Elias Pettersson?
Well, he's going to be Elias Pettersson's fifth NHL head coach in a relatively short period of time.
And, you know, I think of a guy like Nils Hoaglander, who is 25 years of age, started in that moment,
North division, no fans in the stand season in the national hockey league.
He's 25.
He's had five NHL head coaches and spent half a season in Abbotsford.
So he had a sixth voice in his head.
Like you wonder, you wonder why a guy who scored 24 goals a couple of years ago has basically fallen off the map.
It's just, you know, it's been a carnival here.
