I think at this point, Cignetti doesn't feel like he wants the NFL as an endgame.

Like, there are younger college coaches that have always looked toward the NFL as an endgame.

I mean, Dan Lanning's talked about it.

Like, at some point in his career, he wants to go to the NFL.

Chip Kelly went to the NFL.

Spurrier went to... I mean, we've had younger coaches make that jump.

I don't think Cignetti at his age is like, I want to go be an NFL coach.

It didn't feel that way to me.

And...

why leave now you get the support from mark cuban you get the support from the administration they're all in you're getting the players you want out of the portal like this is not the time to leave in my opinion our circle iron's hot i get it um that's what that's my thinking is you could convince yourself we ain't ever repeating what we've just done this magic season we may as well leave while the getting's good it's probably unlikely indiana's back here next season

It's unlikely Ole Miss is back here.

Miami loses a ton.

That's the only thing about Oregon.

Oregon, we're not going to lose a lot.

We're going to have a lot of guys come back.

I feel a little comfortable in saying I think we'll be back next season in the same spot.

But you still want to win, of course.

I'd rather win now than never win.

But I think Indiana, Cignetti, you look at it as this is our year to do this.
