So that's a much easier question for them that you are calling them out, but you're doing it in a way that is much more intentional, calls in this sense of,
You're pretty much saying, is there a reason you're not paying me like everybody else?
But the way that you're packaging the question is not going to pull out the spikes from them on that sense of defensiveness of, I have to justify myself to you.
But if you ask it, are you against?
that's saying as if everybody else is good with this, but they have a particular issue with it.
And when you're able to get to the heart of that, I think that's gonna be really revealing.
And here's the takeaway.
If they're still not willing to, and he goes, yeah, I am against it because of X, Y, and Z, and you don't believe those reasons are valid, we need to find somewhere else where you are valued, where you can feel validated.
that you're going to be paid just as much as everybody else for the same exact amount of effort.
