Lebanon has had stability problems for a long time.
It's a complicated story, which you know well in both of your jobs, your current job and your prior job.
The government of Lebanon, the elected government of Lebanon, does not control the whole country.
Hezbollah does enjoy political power in Lebanon, and they are constantly in skirmishes with Israel.
But what has happened here in southern Lebanon is...
under the shadow and fog of this war, Israel has kind of just taken over.
Well, Lebanon's tragedy is always to be the victim of other people's wars.
