You know, it is not 90 degrees in Las Vegas right now.
So I'll take that.
Yes.
The way that I look at it is, and I'm going to throw it back to my California League days, is in Bakersfield.
It used to be high A there, but the game used to start at 7 or 8 even just because it was facing in the direction of the setting sun and you had to wait for it to go down behind the batter's eye.
So just because of the sun, you had to start later than 7 p.m.
And I could imagine it being seven clock starts.
But at the same time, it's an indoor state stadium ballpark.
So who knows?
Maybe they could finagle some afternoon starts.
But for the foreseeable future, it does seem like seven clock starts.
So to me, it just played out like a typical Pacific Coast League game.
The AAA, or the athletics actually play there, the Las Vegas Aviators.
And the thing about the Pacific Coast League is that it is a hitter's league.
The ball flies everywhere.
Was not a surprise to me personally that the ball was flying.
You've got the combination of high elevations in air, high barometric pressure, low humidity.
I did hear about balls being in committed or before.
the game, but even still like that can only go so far on a day like Monday.
And on Monday, we were also under what is called a red flag warning, which means that it was a fire hazard.
