So for me, I'm actually a Vegas local.
I grew up on the West side.
I spent like elementary school to high school here.
And like, I'm very familiar with construction on the strip.
The most famous example being the Fontainebleau, which is that it took 17 years to build.
I was in high school when it first started, like it broke ground and through bankruptcies, multiple ownerships,
Global pandemic and then more setbacks like it finally opened maybe about four or five years ago.
So that's a very long time to build.
And the thing in Vegas is that if you have the money, it will build quick.
So we're seeing the transition from the Mirage to a Hard Rock Casino done very quickly.
