Like I cancel a gym class I'm supposed to go to in the morning. And then the whole day is like set up for failure. Yeah. Sleep is a huge buffer. I don't want to understate that, especially if you're chronically not sleeping enough. Really hard to do any of the things if you're under sleeping.

Yeah. I ran the marathon a number of years ago and the coach that I was working with, cause I did it postpartum and I really needed a coach. He was like, just be prepared that you will not sleep that night. Cause you have to start getting a Dodger stadium at like four in the morning. He's like, it's fine to not sleep. And I was like, how am I going to do it?
