Now I will say a lot of people testified under oath behind closed doors in very serious situations where if they lie, they go to prison.
Everything they've testified to publicly on weaponized, everything they've said with their hand up, they did under higher circumstances.
Do you understand what I'm saying?

What I'm saying is that even though Matt Brown hasn't raised his hand in front of Congress, and I want everybody to do that, there's a bunch of people you don't know who have testified in very intense situations.
They are telling you how it is.
