And what happens with that is that with each of them, there are consequences.

With Dylan, that was a protective move.
Get in front because of what has happened to him.
directly because he wanted to tell you what was going on, and he still can't.
He has no protections.
He does not have a cleared DOPSER-like process like Matt does through State Department.
Senior Chief, just from the very start, he says, I'm speaking for myself, not the Navy.
But Dylan doesn't have that protection, so it's different for each person.
But I'll always remember, actually all of you said it to me in your own way, but the last person said it to me was you, Senior Chief.
