So I'm eight years old.

I'm fucking terrified of needles.

It's almost a compound fracture.

It's not a compound fracture yet, but you can see the bone.

My mom said I ran up holding my arm like this, and I had two wrists.

Oh, my God.

And the bone wasn't through the skin, but you could see it pushing at it, right?

So it wasn't like a fracture.

Like, I broke my arm.

And we go to the hospital and they're trying to give me shots and I fucking hate needles.

So I'm kicking and flailing and fighting and everything else.

Like I kicked a nurse in the face.

Like I'm just like flailing.

And now my grandma was an ER doc.

So she made like a splint out of a cardboard box and a towel to keep it steady on the way there.

And then I freak out because they're trying to give me a shot and weirdly enough.

And so the doctor's like, my mom looks at the doctor and goes, just set it.

And the doctor goes, that's going to hurt a lot.

And my mom goes, exhibit A. Yeah, teach him a lesson.

This is more trauma than you just set in the fucking bone.
