I can see why you have a lot of bitterness.

You know, in order to continue to have a relationship and be friends, you've got to have mutual respect.

And that's the number one thing is that you guys have to really have respect for one another to be able to pull it off and not trigger each other consistently.

And if you're living in this environment where this is consistently getting worse and

I mean, if he's not participating and not paying the rent, then he can leave.

And if he is doing that and you're not able to do it, then you better have to figure out a way to get out of it.

You can't consistently live under the same roof with all this negativity.
