It's the one thing I can definitely say, like, if you do this, you feel and see a difference.
Sometimes it's like, am I seeing a difference?
But this is like definitively like, yes, I'm feeling and noticing a difference.
I've just started to get back into Pilates, obviously after giving birth.
But what I really miss is the hot Pilates as well.
So pre having BAM, I was literally doing hot Pilates for
And then I was doing my reformer at home, you know, kind of in between when I couldn't get to those sessions.
Like there is just something about working out in heat that makes you feel so good.
And another thing, I do think it makes your skin look amazing as well.
So because I'm unable to go and do that at the moment, I've just got my reformer at home and I've bought a portable sauna because I'm finding it so hard to leave the house, like with a newborn, two kids and work.
So I'm trying to do everything at home.
We loved our traditional infrared sauna that we had at the old place, but because we're starting to renovate, we have nowhere to actually set one up at the moment.
and you literally, like, you can set it up anywhere, in your bedroom, on the kitchen floor, in the lounge room, and it's like a dome, and you lay in it, and it is so amazing.
I just think there is something with infrared light therapy and heat therapy that just makes you feel so...
