But from it as a dietician, I will tell you, you're going to get the most bang from your buck with that pasta if you're pairing it with some proteins.
Maybe add some chicken, some shrimp or check out one of the chickpea or, you know, other legume based pastas for more protein.

So movement, there is so much research there, whether it's, you know, a walk or a more vigorous activity.
In the book, I interviewed a few people who are personal trainers about specific types of movement that can be especially helpful.
So, you know, there's that saying, like, don't know where I first saw this, but it's like, if you are stressed, take a walk.
If you're anxious, take a walk.
If you're sad, take a walk.
Like, I think there is something to that.
And the research does support it.
Yeah.
So I'll give you two really quick.
So one that's a little less woo-woo is to just clean out your space.
You know, I live, my husband is not a neat freak.
I am.
It is literally the only thing we fight about is the mess.
But like there is research that shows that when we are around a lot of clutter, that that can do stuff to our stress level.
So whether it's cleaning out a drawer, cleaning your whole home, I share a specific story in the book about that experience of
decluttering an apartment and rearranging furniture and the effect that it had on my life personally at a certain time.
There is research around that approach.
