Like, I think there is something to that.
And the research does support it.
Yeah.
So I'll give you two really quick.
So one that's a little less woo-woo is to just clean out your space.
You know, I live, my husband is not a neat freak.
I am.
It is literally the only thing we fight about is the mess.
But like there is research that shows that when we are around a lot of clutter, that that can do stuff to our stress level.
So whether it's cleaning out a drawer, cleaning your whole home, I share a specific story in the book about that experience of
decluttering an apartment and rearranging furniture and the effect that it had on my life personally at a certain time.
Um, there is research around that approach.
Um, but also the thing I think I've taken the most, most heat for on this, in the spiritual side is, um, listen, I grew up with Catholicism as a frame of reference, but as a confirmation gift, when I was 14, my mother gave me my first deck of tarot cards.
I've been reading cards for like over 25 years.
Um, and I mentioned there's a chapter in there about, um,
If you find it helpful, like tarot, oracle cards, like these like seeming random things can give you some food for thought.
And it doesn't have to mean anything beyond like your reaction to that card.
