I'm kind of, I kind of actually love that.
Exactly.
There's something to that.
And yeah, I don't.
And I think with spirit, especially here in the States, like it's it often gets lumped in with religious stuff and spirituality is a more religious thing.
But I think it's also about like that inner fire, like that inner spirit, not just something external.
And I think that's what I was really trying to look at in the book.
Like, what could we do to just nurture that inner fire and help it stay strong?
See, I mean, based on what we've been talking about, I think just take a walk and put some chicken on your pasta for dinner tonight.
Yeah, I mean, listen, take a deep breath, drink some water.
You know, if you've got some anxious thoughts circling around, write them down or talk to somebody about it.
There is research on all of that.

That is such a great question.
And it's one that I get a lot in my work as an RD.
And what I can say is the research does suggest that it's a good idea to limit that late night eating.
Love that question.
And to be honest, I do believe that it does depend what you eat.
There is still something there.
