How do you think it all shook out?

First, our communication.

Start talking to the mayor.

Start talking to the governor.

Start talking to all the sheriffs.

And also, I don't think he agreed with a lot of what Tom Bovina was doing.

I don't think he agreed a lot of the Cristi Noem policies.

And I think he was marginalized.

And I think he was able to step up and say, I'll do this, almost like

John Harbaugh with the Giants.

I'll take the job as long as I can report to the owner.

He said, I'll take this job as long as I can report to you.

And he said, trust me on this.
