And again, like you start drinking two, three of those a day, like they can start to add up.
Um, but honestly, I think the biggest thing is just maintain your normal routine as much as you can.
and when you when you hit a special day just enjoy it what for what it is don't like even worry about being like i have to like go train tomorrow to like just doesn't matter like just enjoy the holidays enjoy the meal um and just try and get back on track as soon as you can little underrated thing and i think i picked this up from mark bell um but after you have a big meal like that you know you feel like bloated and blood and like you don't sleep very well
um but yeah get get out for a little bit of a walk it's just it's just gonna help digest things yeah way better like and like we're talking like 10 minutes 10 minutes and it does feel amazing yeah that's that's actually one thing so when alice and i go away uh we'll find like a couple restaurants that we really want to like overdo it and we usually do it so that it's like a 40 or 45 minute walk away from the hotel and so we go we eat like freaking so much food we don't feel good by the time you walk back to the hotel you're like

Um, so yeah, honestly, that's a, that's a nice hack too.
And just in terms of like feeling better after it's just like, yeah, quick little walk and away you go.
