Now I'm not saying it doesn't come back.
It comes back.
Yeah.
But it passes.
It passes.
Then when the shame spike is under a five, so it can't be a five, six or seven or eight, nine or 10.
Okay.
So if it's, if it's like a four and a half or a lower, you can then write down on a little piece of paper on the notes of your phone, be like, okay, this was about, I didn't take care of my body in this way that I think is really helpful.
And then you can evaluate.
Do I need to chill the fuck out?
Do I need to give myself grace?

just this is where you go instead of going la la la la la you go this is shame spike shame spike shame spike you don't and this is like herculean efforts what i'm recommending is her is it will take an incredible amount of practice but here's the fun fact you have a sun moon square if you practice it'll become your new habit and what that will mean is that
you will be able to not only navigate your complex experiences of shame and all the other emotions that kind of like get like Velcroed on, but you'll also be able to actually make better choices because the consequence of not fucking taking a walk this afternoon shouldn't be self-flagellation.

Literally, like that's what it should be.
Right.
