Yeah, true.
Yeah, because you went to a breathwork guy.
Well, we did our first meeting on Zoom last week and he's coming to my house on Friday to do our second session.
He said that over the years he's been watching me on Instagram and he said it's great that I can see this because I can tell how much...
stress you are under by the way you speak so you said that you're going to focus on restoring your central nervous system i'm going to take time to focus on my breath for three minutes per day where are those three minutes i'm meant to do it like well he suggested i said to him i'd do it before i go to sleep and in the morning but i haven't been doing that i've just sort of been doing it after after i do this i'll do it and i just have to watch myself so i put my video on and i um
Watch my breath because I need to make sure I'm not hunching my shoulders and stuff.
I've got to try and keep my breath down through my diaphragm.
Yes.
Try and make it like a balloon.
So it's probably quite, I imagine you're good at this because I think you're with your pelvic floor program.
you've done a lot of study on like diaphragm do you reckon I reckon you probably are different to me and you don't hold your stress up where I do I don't feel like you're a stressed person as me um I think that I hold it in my tummy a bit but I can yeah in my probably in my tummy and like in my like jaw yeah same um anyways I will do it I and I just try and like
I told him yesterday that when I start to feel a little bit like stressed or anxious, I try and focus on my breathing through my skull, not through up.
He told me that we need to breathe through the back of our head, back of our skull.
I've never heard that.
Not through up, up your head, through the back.
And so focusing on that breath through the back of us helps you with that stomach, the full 360.
Yeah.
And I can really feel that.
He said to me, yep, that's great.
But I want you to think about breathing like that, even when things are going well.
