yeah I'm just such a thrill to have this time with you I see that on my Instagram and I feel like we could take it for granted a little bit because we do it every week but how lucky and I know you could just pick up the phone and talk to your sister for an hour but it's very hard to do that when you've when you've got kids or you've got work but this is work we get to yeah and it's such a joy to speak with you and yeah thanks you too
