Hating being here.
But like when I was younger, I worked in jobs where I was not happy and I was, but like I was paid well.
And then ultimately it led me to a job where I am happy and I am paid well and it all worked out.
She's got to say that I'm literally her boss.
She's sitting right there.
But it's, you know, it's one of those things where I think for some people, like if Bec were here, I have no doubt that she would be giving the complete opposite answer to me.
And Bec would be saying, your happiness is the most important thing.
You need to enjoy your life, da-da-da-da.
I agree.
Like I've seen, I agree that Bec would say that.
Yeah, I think it's just two different people with two different perspectives.
And for me, I've always very much been of the train of thought that I'm happy to sacrifice everything
almost anything, short-term pain, long-term gain.
Do you know what I mean?
To set myself up to have the life that I want to live.
But I also fully acknowledge that that way of living is not for everybody.
And there are some people who would not be able to, I don't want to say cope, but like they would find it challenging to be somewhere
that they weren't happy and that would really, really detrimentally impact them because they might not be able to compartmentalise it or whatever that looks like for you.
And so I think that you need to assess, particularly because you said there's not long-term growth, it sounds like from what you're telling us, it's stagnant.
