Right now, it's not great, but there's opportunity to grow.

But if it's never going to change, you need to, I guess, decide, like, can you comfortably live within your means or achieve the goals that you want to achieve with the salary growth that you have projected?

The only other thing I would say is you said, like, comms are involved.

And so I'd be interested to know what that looks like.

Can you hustle harder to increase your commission?

But that's so dependent on industry, that's so dependent on business structure, like I don't really have enough information to, I feel like, give you a helpful answer there.

But generally in commissioned-based roles, it can be what you put in is what you get out.

But I also know that that's not true 100% of the time.

Yeah, it's a big one.

You've got to have money to live.

Like that's the thing.

And that's what I personally find really hard to reconcile is it doesn't feel like it's going to get any cheaper to exist in this world.

Yeah.

And so it's, yeah, your happiness is so important.

And I don't want you to think that I'm saying like, suck it up, be unhappy, da, da, da, da.

Yeah.

Just to earn more money, like having a job where you are happy, where you love the people, where you love the work is so valuable.

And I don't want to discredit that.
