But do I very much get the sense when I listen to him talk that he has a very traditional view, right?

For me, I'm happy to listen to people whose worldviews don't completely align with mine as long as I'm aware of that.

I've got that in my little file in my head when I'm listening and the conversations are kind of – I mean, I don't need to agree with everything he says.

But what's probably more dangerous that he's done, and he also gets a lot of shit for it, but it's not as easily TikTok'd, I don't think, is he's so big in the wellness space.

And a lot of that information is incredibly dangerous because that whole, I'm just asking questions.

has very much led him to some dangerous ground when it comes to things like carnivorous diets, vaccines, fertility treatments.

And so it brings you to a broader question about what the responsibilities are.

So he's had to make a statement about this one because it's been pushed hard.

And his team say Stephen Bartlett does not adopt the opinions of his guests.

nor is the format intended to pass judgment on personal viewpoints.

To suggest that a host is responsible for every view expressed by a guest is a fundamental misunderstanding of the long-form interview format.

And I generally agree with that as someone who does interviews, but I do think that when your platform is quite as big as his, it does come with extra responsibility when it comes to surfacing basically dangerous or incorrect information.

I think that's true, but I also think that Rogan would say this is proof of why it's not as simple as you guys think it is, that I'm either blue or I'm red.

He's like, I'm red when I agree with what they're saying.

I'm not red when I don't.
