Yeah.
But we get caught up in that, right?
It's hard.
And even if you're in your same house and everything like that, the kid might come down or something happened or you got to get to work early or something.
And I think it's just, you know, I read something that, you know, if you trade your last hour at night before you go to bed with the first hour in the morning.
In other words, if you usually go to bed at 11, go to bed at 10.
And if you usually get up at six, get up at five.
Well, let me let me first of all say I got it wrong for a long time, you know, and you have to you have to again, you get that self-awareness and I don't know what age it comes to us.
But, you know, thank thank thank goodness it came to me.
And so I think I don't I think the term work life balance is a myth.
Totally brilliant.
So integration.
It's integration.
If you don't love your work, if you're not enthusiastic about doing your job and going to work, then you're missing something.
You're missing something in your life.
There's an innate part in all of us that says the part of being fulfilled is doing something that you believe is meaningful.
um, to society.
Yeah.
Right.
