Yeah, I just wanted to talk briefly about the head coaching search, obviously the hottest topic.

The one thing Joe was mentioning last week and really ever since Tomlin got fired is about retread coaches.

I think he said like 16 of the past 25 Super Bowls have been won by retreads, but it's kind of a misleading number.

11 of those Super Bowls are from three Hall of Fame coaches in Belichick, Andy Reid, and Tom Coughlin.

So I really don't have a preference one way or the other with a first-year head coach or a potential retread.

I do think the Steelers will go with a defensive coordinator, a Jesse Minter, a Shula for their head coaching spot.

But the more important thing for me would be who fills that offensive coordinator spot.

And the one name that I really haven't heard at all on Pittsburgh Talk Radio is Cliff Kingsbury.

How about Mike McDaniel?

Yeah, but I would lean towards Kingsbury because he's had success working, developing, and building quarterbacks.

Baker Mayfield, Patrick Mahomes, whenever he was at USC with Caleb Williams his senior year.

He has that track record of being able to develop young quarterbacks, and that's the thing that the Steelers haven't been able to do in the past six years, is develop a young quarterback to be the future of their franchise.
