Our subconscious mind is controlling 95% of all things, right? And I could cut open your body and even in your brain, you can see the front cortex, you can see all the different parts of your brain and be like, where's the subconscious mind? You know, it is our... our autonomic nervous system.

It's the thing that allows us to regulate our breathing and our temperature and to even have reflexes and to do all those things. There are beliefs and our emotions and our feelings, all those things that we don't have control of that are our operating system. It's the subconscious mind. And so we have this conscious mind that thinks it's in control.

But the programming and the parts of our subconscious mind is what's really directing it. Now, we can use our conscious mind to say, I want to consciously start to change my subconscious mind. And I'm going to go into a deeper state of focus. to be able to do that. And a deeper state of focus to be able to do that is hypnosis.

And we go into a deeper state of focus quite often, or we go into a trance, you know, when you're driving and you get deep focus of thought and you don't remember where the road, like, how did I just go five miles on the highway? But you were thinking about something.

It's, I channeled it, it sourced it. It's just like you got into a trance state and your mind was able to have a deeper sense of focus and change.
