So, or some people go for a run and they have the best ideas, or even when you're taking a really hot shower and you get out of there and you're like, bingo, I got it. It came to me. It's, I channeled it, it sourced it. It's just like you got into a trance state and your mind was able to have a deeper sense of focus and change.

And you can count yourself down. With each breath, you can count down from five to one.

With each breath going down, imagine you're walking down with your eyes closed and you feel your breath. Imagine you're walking down a flight of stairs. There's 10 stairs. And just close your eyes and imagine you're walking down from 10 to one. First on the first step, 10. Going down a little bit deeper. Nine. Feeling your breath and your shoulders even relaxing a little bit.
