And, you know, he, he acknowledges it as a good problem.
And I generally, if I was at the front office, I'd feel the same way that, you know, you can never have enough good players and just trying to get them, you know, enough playing time, which right now it seems like that exists.
And I can see them doing that.
They just signed Basayo to a long-term contract, and he's only 22, I think, or 23.
So this guy looks like he's for real, at least in my opinion.
So I think they're going to try to make it work.
I don't think they're going to be able to sign Rutschman before he becomes a free agent at the end of next year.
So, you know, I don't think, you know, and a part of this is I've just watched the Rays lose three in a row to Baltimore.
And, you know, they definitely looked beatable during this series.
And I started to see some cracks in their pitching, even though the numbers have looked good.
And I'm not so sure, you know, outside of a couple of their, you know, like Junior Caminero in particular and Jonathan Aranda.
On the offensive side, I'm not so sure they're going to have enough power, but they do some other things really, really well.
I don't think they have the lasting power to stay with the Yankees.
I think there's a next tier beyond New York where I can see Tampa, eventually Toronto, which obviously the Jays are starting to come around better.
Maybe the Orioles, although I'm a little skeptical even with this latest run.
I could see the Red Sox staying right where they are.
They do not look like a team that is going to be competitive nor postseason bound.
But I could see at least three teams, Yankees and then the next tier of the Rays and the Jays.
outside looking in maybe Baltimore, depending on what they do at the deadline.
That's kind of how I, I viewed it.
