The challenge is like, you know, if you go to the gym, you see somebody deadlifting or bench pressing a huge amount of weight, you say, oh, that's easy for them because they're strong. It's like, no, they're strong because that's what they're doing every single day. With the brain, it's a little bit different because you can't see these mental muscles.
