They want a trendy formula. I keep trying to think of a formula. Here's my overall formula, though. The first thing you do is make sure you're getting in 8,000 steps a day, at least, bare minimum. I believe you have to get metabolically healthy in order to put on muscle and burn fat. We are in a metabolic health crisis, as we know, like less than I think it's probably less than 5% of the population now is metabolically healthy. I mean, the fact that we are almost at 80% overweight and obese and that we have a very high amount of people who are normal weight that are normal weight obese is
