First of all, everybody should be trying to build muscle. Right. Well, I agree. And everybody should be trying to build quality muscle. So I also think there's, you know, because if you look at training, what was interesting when I was in grad school and I was doing this project that I was testing, if your quad strength was bigger, would you have better spinal lifting biomechanics?
