So I personally. freaking love oatmeal, but I do not feel good with it. So I don't like, I don't really eat it. Now, I think that if you're going to get organic and you had it, like, I really love the savory oatmeal. I did this once on Dr. Oz. They were like, we want to do this thing with savory oatmeal. I go, ew, really?

Well, I made it with bone broth and put some mushrooms and it was freaking amazing. So, you know, but I would probably do that more at lunch. Like I find I just do better in the morning when I don't really hit a big carb thing.

I don't know. And I always hear like, oh, you're going to the gym. Do like that. I go, I probably get 10 grams of carbs in in the morning, but I don't really do much. I just don't feel good. So I don't know. No. Oatmeal in the morning makes me feel crappy. So I think I don't think it's peasant food, Dave. And, you know, clearly, you know, you want to eat the gluten free.

Well, but here's the thing with the whole glucose spike thing. You know, there's the spike and there's the under the curve. Yes. If you are very metabolically healthy and you eat something and your blood sugar goes up 60 points and comes right back down, who the heck cares? True. Who cares?
