Or for the most part, it's probably like over 50% or so it's on people.

So it's everything around hiring, you know, making sure that people, their main focus is on product and their main focus is on like having a good life so that they can focus as much as possible on their careers and their job.

Then the other 50, it's pretty split between, you know, strategically doing things on marketing that make sense.

I'm more of like the school of thought that the small experiments or like even things that don't require any money make a lot of sense because you can easily iterate from there.

I think like we've seen this trend in Silicon Valley that everything has to be like explosive and like huge, huge STP and like things that doesn't make sense and everything.

I think something that I'm, yeah, a couple of things that I'm happy I spend the money on.

It's definitely paying good to the employees that are really good, that are performing really good.
