I think I had quite a visceral reaction.

It's interesting to have like a two-year gap and then come back.

The disappointing part for me, I guess, is that I really, like, look up to Sheer Lux because it was probably one of the first media companies that I saw that really had people of colour front and centre.

And it was quite inspirational to me.

Like, they had Sapna in their C-suite.

I kind of hadn't seen that before.

And of course, like no company is perfect, but I actually do think they had quite a breadth of people of colour and diversity in there.

So I found that their recommendations were diverse and I could go to them for things like makeup and skincare.
